• we used Node.js along with the Express framework to handle server-side operations and API requests. For storing user data

• we chose MongoDB as our database because of its flexibility and scalability.
• To make the platform more user-friendly
• especially for elderly and rural users
• we integrated an AI-powered chatbot based on OpenAI’s large language models. This chatbot helps users navigate complex government service procedures using natural language.
• We also incorporated localization support using libraries like i18next to provide multiple regional languages
• making the service accessible to a broader audience. To assist users who have difficulty typing
• we implemented speech recognition features
• allowing voice input and navigation.
