CardioCare AI is a mobile application designed to support cardiac patients in their rehabilitation journey through personalized exercise plans and real-time posture correction. Built using Flutter and powered by Google ML Kit, the app uses on-device pose detection to guide users safely through medically recommended routines. Upon onboarding, the app assesses individual risk based on factors such as age, medical history, and fitness level. It then generates a tailored rehabilitation plan and uses the phone’s camera to monitor body movements during exercises. Through visual and verbal feedback, CardioCare AI corrects user posture in real-time, reducing the risk of injury and enhancing the effectiveness of therapy. Designed for accessibility and ease of use, especially among elderly and non-tech-savvy users, the app promotes consistency, safety, and independence in recovery — bridging the gap between clinical care and at-home rehabilitation.
