**DeGen** is a mobile-first platform that bridges the gap between traditional mobile banking and decentralized finance (DeFi). It empowers users—especially in regions where mobile money dominates—to safely transition into Web3 by providing real-time fraud detection, seamless crypto onboarding, and direct access to DeFi tools.
With DeGen, users can convert fiat or mobile money into stablecoins (like USDT) directly within the app through a Bybit integration. From there, they can participate in cross-chain lending, token swaps, decentralized governance (via Conditional Voting), and even play on-chain games like Blackjack—all without needing multiple apps or technical expertise.
DeGen also features an embedded AI agent powered by XMTP, which acts as a personal finance assistant. It helps users manage their portfolios, execute smart transactions, track yield, and interact conversationally with their assets.
By solving the pain points of scam-prone mobile money systems and making DeFi accessible and familiar, DeGen creates a safe, intuitive path for everyday users to enter and thrive in Web3.
