Curator’s notes
This project is an AI-powered recruitment automation platform designed to streamline the hiring process for recruiters. Built using V0 (by Vercel) for both the frontend and backend, and automated using n8n, the platform allows recruiters to easily create job listings, generate shareable application forms, and automatically evaluate incoming resumes based on customizable criteria like experience, skills, and job role requirements.
When a candidate submits an application, the system:
Uploads and stores the resume,
Triggers an n8n workflow that sends the resume to an AI agent for scoring based on ATS compatibility and company-specific requirements,
Returns a decision (select/reject) and feedback,
Automatically notifies the recruiter and the applicant with the results.
The platform includes:
A recruiter dashboard to manage jobs and track applications
A dynamic form generator for collecting applicant data
Real-time AI-based resume screening
Analytics dashboard for insights (e.g. selection rates, average scores)
Optional PDF reports and Slack/email alerts
By combining prompt-based development tools and no-code automation, the platform drastically reduces manual effort in resume screening and improves decision-making speed for hiring teams.
